✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:

The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition.

The return is requested within 7 days of delivery.

You received the wrong item or a damaged product.
⚠️ Opened perfume bottles, due to hygiene and safety reasons, are not eligible for return or exchange.
🔄 Exchange Process

Share your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).

After confirmation, ship the product back to our return address (provided via WhatsApp).

Once received and inspected, we'll ship your replacement or issue a refund if applicable.
💰 Refunds
Refunds are processed:

Only for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.

Once the return is received, inspected, and approved.

Via the original payment method or bank transfer (can take 5–7 business days).
Note: Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
