1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

2. Shipping Methods & Courier

We ship all orders using Leopard Courier Services for nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available nationwide.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at scenthouse8@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Undelivered Orders

  • If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, we may require advance payment for re-delivery.

8. Order Tracking

You will receive your tracking details via WhatsApp or email.
